These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between omgbdt ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at omgbdt.bet. These Terms apply to all products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

omgbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by a notice displayed on the Platform at the time of next login. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure via the Support page.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

Access to omgbdt is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a condition of registration that you confirm, by ticking the relevant checkbox or completing the sign-up flow, that you meet the minimum age requirement. omgbdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. Where a player is found to have provided false information regarding their age, the account will be closed immediately and any balance will be subject to review in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active omgbdt account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or from the same device — are strictly prohibited. omgbdt uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses voided, and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

1.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method. omgbdt will not be responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details supplied by the Player.

1.4 Geographic Restrictions

omgbdt is operated as a platform targeting players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is permissible under the laws applicable to your location. omgbdt makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in any jurisdiction other than those it expressly serves. Players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and omgbdt accepts no liability in that regard.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You must notify omgbdt immediately via the Support page if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect that your username or password has been compromised. omgbdt may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure while any security investigation is underway.

You agree not to allow any other person to use your account. Playing on behalf of another individual, or allowing another individual to play through your account, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. All activity carried out through your account will be attributed to you and you will be liable for any and all transactions made using your credentials.

2.1 Session Management

omgbdt automatically logs out inactive sessions after a period of inactivity as a security measure. You are advised to log out manually after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device. omgbdt accepts no liability for any loss resulting from failure to log out of an active session.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

omgbdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and omgbdt reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at omgbdt is ৳200. There is no default maximum single deposit, although transaction limits imposed by your payment provider (for example, bKash daily transaction caps) will apply and are outside omgbdt's control. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally credited to your omgbdt balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible, as part of omgbdt's anti-money-laundering controls. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically completed within five to ten minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. omgbdt does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.4 Identity Verification Prior to Withdrawal

omgbdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address, and a selfie photograph. Failure to supply requested documents within seven calendar days of the request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled. omgbdt will not be liable for any loss arising from delays caused by the Player's failure to complete the verification process promptly.

• Funds must not be deposited for the sole purpose of moving money — all deposited funds must be used for genuine gameplay
• omgbdt reserves the right to reverse a deposit where it reasonably suspects the transaction is not for the purpose of gambling
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting omgbdt Support may result in immediate account suspension
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name will be declined and returned

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by omgbdt are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be turned over in eligible real-money gameplay before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute less than 100% towards meeting the wagering requirement, or may be excluded entirely.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

omgbdt maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other players; or using automated betting software in connection with bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, omgbdt reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

4.3 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire according to the timeline specified in the individual promotion terms. If no expiry period is specified, bonus funds will expire 30 calendar days after being credited to the account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. omgbdt is not obliged to provide advance notice of individual bonus expiry.

4.4 VIP Programme

omgbdt operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme. Progression through the programme tiers is at omgbdt's sole discretion and is based on wagering volume and account standing. Tier status, benefits, and the criteria for advancement or demotion are set out in the VIP Programme terms, which form part of these Terms. omgbdt reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time, with reasonable prior notice given to active VIP members.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on omgbdt are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and omgbdt does not alter them. omgbdt publishes RTP information where it is supplied by the provider.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the affected game round may be voided and any stake returned to the Player's account balance, or the round may be completed based on server-side records, depending on the nature of the fault and the game type. Decisions made by omgbdt regarding the outcome of disputed rounds are final. omgbdt is not liable for any losses arising from technical interruptions that are outside its direct control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

For sports betting, all events are settled in accordance with official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL fixtures). Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled according to omgbdt's sports betting rules, which are available on the cricket and sports sections of the Platform.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game format
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sports betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or other benefits not legitimately earned
• Any activity that omgbdt reasonably determines to constitute cheating or fraud

6. Responsible Gaming

omgbdt provides deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time reminders as standard tools available to all registered players from within their account settings. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits at any time. A request to reduce a limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active, to protect against impulsive decisions made during a gambling session.

Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but all gambling activity is suspended. Players who require a longer or permanent exclusion may request self-exclusion, which will result in the account being closed and the player being prevented from re-registering for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. omgbdt will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching self-excluded players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the omgbdt platform, including but not limited to the omgbdt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content licensed from third-party providers, is the property of omgbdt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the omgbdt platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of omgbdt's intellectual property may result in legal action in addition to permanent account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, omgbdt and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if omgbdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

omgbdt's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

omgbdt makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect platform availability. omgbdt will use reasonable commercial efforts to restore services promptly following any outage but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and omgbdt, you are required to contact the Support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The Support team will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following the informal process, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], marking the subject line as "Formal Complaint". omgbdt will provide a final position letter within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal complaint. omgbdt's decisions on matters within its sole discretion — including account status, bonus eligibility, and game outcome disputes — are final once the formal complaints process has been completed.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy published on omgbdt.bet, constitute the entire agreement between you and omgbdt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

10.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by omgbdt in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of it.

10.4 Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and binding version in all circumstances.
